Originally built in the 1850s by Gold Rush Pioneer Colonel Frederick A. Bee, who later founded The Pony Express in California and the Bee Telegraph Company, this Victorian mansion was enlarged in 1889 into a 16-room estate that continues its historic legacy. The Placerville venue combines original Victorian architecture with modern enhancements, featuring a multi-gabled roof, wrap-around porch, and authentic stained glass windows. Located just half a mile from historic downtown Placerville, the mansion offers convenient access to Gold Rush heritage sites, while customizable all-inclusive packages ensure your Victorian wedding flows smoothly from sequoia tree ceremonies to elegant mansion receptions.

Everyone was very flexible and accommodating. I really did not have to worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding... They give you a timeline for everything...There were a few miscommunications on my end and my wedding coordinator had already thought of a backup plan ahead of time and fixed the issues pretty much immediately, as if they never happened.
