Appetizers
Your celebration begins with an expanded selection of seasonal hors d’oeuvres served during cocktail hour. Choose from six hot and chilled options designed to delight your guests — think ahi tuna wontons, chicken and waffles, or panko-breaded mac & cheese balls. Each bite is crafted to set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Main Course
Our culinary team elevates the dining experience with three premium entrées, plus your choice of sides and seasonal accompaniments. From a carving station featuring beef, chicken, or fish to a popular vegetarian pasta option, there’s something for everyone. To round it out, you’ll also enjoy a variety of eight fresh salads prepared with the season’s best ingredients.
Beverages
Raise a glass with full-service open bar options, including wine, beer, and spirits — all factored into your package cost so you won’t face surprise bar tabs at the end of the night.
